That is exactly what I thought for years. I have to say, that the combination of the new knives and the wire cutter really helped us cut cheese more rapidly and efficiently. We also use the board to serve cheese on and we are constantly getting asked about it! My friends certainly adore it.

Overall, I would certainly buy another one of these if faced with the opportunity. I cannot believe that we went so long without one, thinking that our normal board would do it fine.
